Where We Build

Although we are based in Indianapolis, Indiana, our company is NASCLA-licensed and would be proud to work with you in any state of this great country!

Our project managers and field superintendents have decades of experience in the commercial construction industry. They are very accustomed to managing projects and coordinating subcontractors, logistics and materials outside of our home state.

The White Oak Commercial Group Difference

We stand by our craftmanship, word, and reputation. When you work with us, we will surpass your expectations, give you a great building experience, help you avoid process pitfalls, and guarantee the quality of our work.

Define

The best time to ensure the success of a project is before it begins. We work closely with owners and their design team to understand their expectations, including scope, schedule and budget. Then, we coordinate all drawings, specs and details around this common goal.

Communicate

Clear definitions are ONLY effective when they are clearly communicated—not only by the owner, but to all suppliers and subcontractors. Clear communication is key to bringing a project in on time, within budget, and to the expectations of all parties.

Deliver

This is the stage in the process that the outside world sees: massive dirt moving, concrete trucks spinning, steel rising up from the ground. To most, this looks like the hard part; and sure, challenges will always occur, but with clear, up-front definition and communication, this is the part those of us in construction live for!
Let’s see how we can work together to provide a seamless, successful project from start to finish.
